Some food from this weekend

Hey everyone! Here are just a few pictures of an Asian inspired veggie soup I threw together for dinner on Saturday.  I also made salmon-veggie spring rolls and peanut dipping sauce. I also wanted to include a picture of the Riesling I had this evening with dinner.( I'm really sad I forgot to take pictures of the actual dinner! We had amazing stuffed mushrooms that Emily made!) This Kung Fu Girl Riesling has quickly become one of my favorites even though I typically am more of a red wine drinker.
