Food from Sunday!

Hey guys! I just wanted to share another food post from this weekend. For dinner we made lamb, asparagus and an assortment of root veggies with au jus and we served it with a bottle of red wine (a red blend from Primal Roots.)

I also made mixed berry smoothies with bananas, avocados and Greek yogurt for a quick lunch! Recipe coming soon.
